To Download Content Quickly & Securely

Add the video(s) you wish to download to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. When you have chosen your videos, click 'checkout' in the top right corner of your screen. If you wish to make amendments, click 'Shopping Cart'.

Complete the fast and secure checkout procedure. You will need a credit or debit card. Our trusted billing partners, Verotel or CCBill, will handle the transaction for added security. All information is kept under the most robust security for guaranteed peace of mind.

Choose which billing provider you would prefer to use (there are no extra costs for using any specific payment provider, all prices remain the same). You will be billed only once for the transaction. This is not a membership site.

Once your transaction is complete, you will be taken to the downloads area and a list of your purchased content will be there ready for Instant Download. We recommend downloading one file at a time to prevent system overloads and connection failures. All of your purchased content will remain here for easy access thereafter.

Please make sure you make back-ups of your purchased content as we cannot always guarantee to maintain our own copies. 
Should you need to re-download any content for whatever reason, you can do so by signing in to your secure account and clicking the My Downloads link.

To make downloads fast and efficient, we send files in .zip (compressed) formats. For best results, right-click the folder once downloaded to your device and select 'Unzip'. This will display the full HD quality on your device.

Privacy & Security

To protect users' privacy the name of the store will not appear on your credit card/bank statement.

The transaction will read as follows: For Verotel - "*BlueLight*", and for CCBill - "Bluelight Media Group".

In the unlikely event that you experience any difficulty downloading your content, please Contact Us here and we'll look into it right away, or click on the purple 'Send Us Your Feedback / Message' tab in the bottom right corner of your screen.

If you have been on the download page inside your account for over an hour, as a security measure, you will be signed out. You may find that clicking a download takes you to a 'Page Not Found' error. Simply click your browsers 'Refresh' button, sign in, and continue to download as usual.

I want to Stream rather than Download?

If you don't have space to hold HD videos on your device or would prefer to stream content on the go, then you can take out an instant streaming membership at or our other websites and depending on the type of content you are looking for.
